HYDRO ECOLO METEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (HEMMIS) and MULTI PURPOSE TECHNICAL SERVICES (MPTS) have announced a merger project by absorption, aimed at streamlining costs and simplifying management. The general assembly to approve the merger will be held within the legal time frame, with prior communication of the financial statements.
MPTS’s operations will be considered as carried out on behalf of HEMMIS as of January 1, 2026. This merger reflects the commitment of both entities to optimization and growth, strengthening their market position and their ability to meet the evolving needs of their clients and partners.
